Welcome to Aloha Spirit Massage

At Aloha Spirit Massage I desire to help transport you from the world of stress, exhaustion, mental anguish, physical pain or any other issues that you are finding hard to deal with.

For a minimum of an hour and a half or up to three hours, I will help release your worries, fears, tight muscles, emotional or physical problems you have and help you once again be in touch with your true self.

This amazing form of bodywork provides a holistic approach to healing by balancing the body-mind in its physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions.

Before we begin the massage I will consult with you regarding the current state of your physical, mental and emotional health.  This helps us to decide on the treatment focus for the session.

During the massage it helps to focus your attention on your breath.  Each inhalation offers a chance to draw fresh energy and inspiration into the body-mind, and each exhalation an opportunity to dissolve tension, to let go of anything that limits you and to deepen your experience of relaxation.

Ka Huna bodywork is unique in a number of respects:

It is a truly nurturing experience, working from the your toes to your fingertips, long fluid movements, finishing with a gentle head massage.

I use my hands, forearms and elbows and move around the table using flowing Hula and Tai Chi style movements.

Music is played and the massage movements are attuned to harmonise with the various rhythms of the music.
Working with universal energy I apply soft and deep tissue massage, so that by the end of the massage you are feeling grounded, energised, relaxed and complete. 

Everytime you receive a Ka Huna you will experience something different.  Sometimes its physical healing and relaxation, sometime you feel all your feelings, you might see colours, experience energy shifts, release past memories and connect to your soul more or receive spiritual healing.
